WHAT’S CHANGING
We are introducing a simpler, more predictable billing schedule starting in July! All water bills will now have a fixed due date on either the 1st or 15th of the month.
TRANSITION MONTH: WHAT TO EXPECT
In July only, you may receive TWO bills:
- Your regular bill for current usage
- A second bill to align your account with the new due date.
After July, you’ll receive only one bill per month, due on the 1st or 15th. These new dates correspond to your physical address and our reading routes.
