Over the course of the last several months, the District and the public Water Rate Study Committee (WRAC) have evaluated the updated financial plan and water rate proposals from Raftelis Financial Consultants. At the December 19 Board Meeting, the Board accepted the Rate Study Report Summary, a new three-tier rate structure, and directed staff to publish and mail the required Proposition 218 notification. The Proposition 218 notification was mailed to customers on Jaunary 4, 2024.

• In Person Open House: February 8 from 6-8 pm at Temple Beth El (3055 Porter Gulch Rd. Aptos). Attendees may attend and stay as long as they like during the 2-hour open house.
