- Construction of a ferrous-based Reduction-Coagulation-Filtration (RCF) treatment facility at the Bonita Well Site that can treat 500-2,200 gallons per minute (gpm). The horizontal filters will be inside a treatment building.
- Replacing well pumps at the San Andreas and Bonita Wells
- Construction of a 100,000 gallon underground concrete tank for filter backwash water
- Construction of a sewer lift station and forcemain to the County Sanitation Uplands Lift Station 1
- Pump upgrades at County Sanitation Uplands 1, 2 & 3 Lift Stations for Bonita filter backwash waste flows
- Various above ground and underground piping at Bonita and San Andreas Well Sites
- Bonita Well Site Emergency Generator
- Miscellaneous site improvements including landscaping and stormwater retention
