The AB3030 Groundwater Management Plan for the Soquel-Aptos Area calls for an Annual Review and Report (ARR) on the state of the basin prepared by the consulting hydrologist with assistance from Soquel Creek and Central Water District staff. This report is for Water Year 2014.

|2015 Urban Water Management Plan||
All water providers that have over 3,000 service connections or annually supply 3,000 acre-feet of water or more, must complete a new Urban Water Management Plan every five years. The plan requires that water suppliers ensure adequate supplies for their current and future customers. Supplies and demands must be assessed over a 20-year planning horizon and must consider various water shortages, including short-term water supply emergencies and drought.
