During the height of the pandemic, a moratorium was placed on water shutoffs. This meant that customers that were behind on their bills could keep their utility services turned on. That moratorium ended December 31, 2021.
Beginning February 2022 Soquel Creek Water District will resume its normal shut-off procedures. This means that you must pay your bill or sign a payment plan agreement to avoid shut off.
