A Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are solicitation processes initiated by Soquel Creek Water District to contract for professional services, such as engineering, technical support, etc.
The Engineering Department oversees all construction project bids. For construction or engineering questions, email the Engineering Department or call 831-475-8500.
Notice to Bidders
- Bound sets of specifications may be obtained at the District office at 5180 Soquel Drive in Soquel.
- Email the District to request a set of bound specifications. Please include the project CWO number in the subject line of your email.
- Email the District to get on our bidder's notification list.
- Review the Contract Documents, Instruction to Bidders, for a checklist of necessary items to be included in a 'responsive' bid.
