Indoor & Landscape Water Use Efficiency Ordinances Approved by District's Board of Directors

Soquel Creek Water District's Board of Directors approved the Indoor and Landscape Water Use Efficiency Ordinances at the public meeting on August 17, 2010.

 The Ordinances require indoor and outdoor water conservation devices, features and practices in all new development and certain existing development, as a condition for obtaining new or expanded water service, or in the case of certain existing development, receiving continued water service.  The Ordinances replace existing Resolution No. 05-15.
